My Opinion: I’ve got a feeling it’s not going to be for everybody, but I could be wrong. The reason I say that is because of the “Short Stay” policy. I think we can all figure out what that means. But like I said, I could be wrong and maybe it won’t affect your staying there. I will say that their “Lowest Room Rate in the City” claim seems to be true. So it’s up to you. I liked the rooms alright. They looked clean and the staff was friendly. I think they have started a good thing there and hopefully they won’t let it go to seed. Since I had no idea what a D Grill Resto or KTV was, I looked it up on the Internet. Both seem to be some type of restaurant. The D Grill Resto is like a bar/restaurant combination and the KTV looks like a sort of fast food place. I have not seen the Internet Cafe.
As of my recent visit on 13 Oct 2012, I need to get newer pictures. Things have improved at the hotel since my last visit. I should go ahead and order some food there also so I can see what that tastes like. Maybe I should bring a Filipino with me, for a more professional Filipino food assessment.
