  1. When I first got here We sold Ice and ice candy as well as downloaded music to peoples phones or whatever they wanted it on… sold copies … just about anything we could do for extra peso. My first 8 months here we were living on just my 10% disability from the VA.. that and the 2000+ PHP we sometimes earned on the side. What saved us though is the network marketing thing we got into … it made good money for about 6 months… which is exactly when it was needed. It dropped off about the time I started getting raises from the VA. We still sell ice and ice candy… but mostly that just helps pay the electric bill, and Gives Mom an income.

    1. Wow, I don’t know how you made it here on that little for so long. I don’t think I could have done that. We do good enough on my military retirement and now Lita’s social security, but I would like for this website to make money so we can take a vacation now and then without having to worry about running out of money while we are gone or having to sell a truck to have the money to go. We only have 1 Pepsi truck left anyway. We still sell the ice and ice candy too, but it’s not much.

    1. No it’s not it’s Jen.
Okay my mistake. I don’t know what I was thinking. I hear so many names and unless I encounter them on a regular basis, I forget them. I don’t think it’s an older age thing either, because I’ve been doing that for years. Lita has to remember names for me at times.
Well whether her name is Jen or Flor, I think she’s still better looking than you.
