[smartads]This dancing traffic cop is on the corner of Tomas Gomez and J. Avelino, just coming over the river bridge into the downtown area. The turn to the left side of the screen goes to Calbayog Port and the turn to the right goes down past Jollibee and Chow King, close to the wet market area. That is Nijaga Park there in the background right with the artificial waterfall on the corner.

Yeah, it’s pretty cool. I need to get downtown more often and see things like this. I’m sure I’m missing all kinds of video and picture opportunities.
