  1. The only way you will lose weight with walking is with intermittent fasting. Only eat between 1200 and 1800. You can eat what you want (within reason) but don’t break the fast. Do that and with walking, you will lose 10 lbs your first week.

    1. I’m almost doing that now. I’ll make a little adjustment and be on track to give this a try. I’d take 10 lbs the first week, then 10 lbs per month after that, as long as it is going down.
